CHILD AND ADOLESCENT
Neurodivergence
Lindsey works with children and teens who identify with ADHD and Autism. The official diagnosis is not necessary for Lindsey to offer support and self-diagnosis is valid, especially within a system that has many barriers to seeking an official diagnosis.

Lindsey supports young people in exploring their identity and how their individual neurodivergence presents itself in their life. Lindsey works from a strengths-based lens and from a trauma lens, as often the neurotypical world can make it hard to truly embrace yourself when the ‘rules’ aren’t written for neurodivergent brains.

Lindsey does not offer a diagnosis but does offer ongoing support to allow your child to embody their identity, increasing their self-esteem and making it easier to navigate the world and its challenges. Self-acceptance is key to feeling empowered in relationships and understanding yourself, your needs, and how to communicate them, so you don’t have to mask.

Lindsey uses a range of therapeutic modalities to support this, including art, movement, and play, and has lived experience as an ADHDer herself.

Trauma and attachment
